I started the Nick Johnson Group in 2013 because I wanted a to create an environment of expertise my narrowing the scope of duties for each member. Each individual on the team has a specialized role within the team. Some of us only work with sellers, some only with buyers, and for the most part we allocate our efforts to a specific region of the metro.
With experience in construction and investment as well as a degree in marketing my background has proven to be a natural fit for real estate and allowed me to provide my clients with insight and expertise they may not find elsewhere.
I’ve lived in Maple Grove for the last 11 years and have made it my business to become a community engrained in the community I am focusing my business efforts towards. While modern technology allows agents to cover a lot of ground I believe it is more important to truly understand the communities you are working in.
